Renee made a life-saving supply run, then she and Nicole worked for hours making all the appetizers.  

    Spencer and his lovely wife, Deborah came early and helped us prepare. They also brought a huge pink orchid that went perfectly with the decor. It was raining heavily, so Spencer and I rigged a giant tarp outside so people wouldn't get wet. We were suffering from mild hypothermia by the time we finished. Ok, Spencer was fine it was me that was suffering.

   The party stared around 8 and lasted until 3-ish... Stefano, Dale, and Christos from Idea Space Design showed up to help celebrate the amazing transformation. Also on hand was our friend and realtor-extraordinare, Scott Segall, to see things finished at last.

   The following morning, we had to scramble to get the place ready for the open house at 1 pm.

   By the second open house we had 5 generous offers. After a three-day bidding war, we realized we'd done very well, and not without a lot of help from our friends & family.
