We're holding off celebrating too hard until after close of escrow, but the general inspection went very well so there aren't many contigencies left. Hopefully in 5 weeks we'll be the proud owners of 429 Hayworth Avenue...

Located walking distance to seemingly everything, the location of this building couldn't be better.
Our unit has 2 bedrooms and is about 1400 square feet. Built in 1938, the entire building is in nearly original condition with very little remodeling done. Just what we were looking for...
The floors are in amazing shape considering their age. They were probably carpeted over for a couple of decades.
