Nicole and I got married 10 years ago in January of 2001.

Hard to put into words, but to keep it short, it's been awesome. It's been an adventure, a romance, and a sometimes work.

But our greatest lesson has been our children, and the things they teach us, remind us of, and reveal.

We've also had to face our human sides, our flaws, and weaknesses. By supporting each other and adhering to a regimen of honesty, we've kept our love alive. We're always seeing how we could make the marriage better, and growing as a couple. I think that's part of a strong marriage.

After 10 years, it feels like we're going to last until, as Nicole says, "we're old, happy and holding hands on a porch someplace."

I wouldn't want to do that with anyone else.

Downtown Park City at dusk. So many restaurants, and with the kids sleeping at Grandma and Grandpa's: so much time to walk around and choose.

Nicole rocks her new helmet as we get in some super-fun night runs. We have the mountain to ourselves.

Time for some snowmobile action shots! Here's Nicole performing a 60 MPH "fly by".

I manage this aerial maneuver. Well, the snowmobile is turned off and just sitting there, but look at that air I'm getting!

Talk about stunning: this "item" was on sale, and yes, it's made of real fur. I bet it's really itchy to wear. I spend a moment of silence paying my respects to the animal that gave its life for this.

We stumble upon this famous Banksy art, just there on the side of a building, but totally unmistakable. Here's some more info:

WARNING: there are a lot of iPhone pics in here. See if you can tell which ones they are!

Here's the Park City Mountain, back side. Epic, wide-open runs with fresh snow from the night before. We totally luck out.

Taking a break from "lucking out".

I do my best to hold still for this blurry iPhone pic.

After our tour of the beautiful countryside, Nicole pulls off this stunning move. Her pants survived.

Nicole pulls of her helmet, shakes her golden hair out, then flashes a million-dollar smile...click!
